Simbolismo mistico. Il Salon de la Rose+Croix a Parigi 1892–1897

Starting from the 28th of October until the 7th of January, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection will host the first exhibition dedicated to the art of Salon de la Rose+Croix organised by the French author and critic Joséphin Péladan in 1892 when he inaugurated in Paris the first exhibition showing the Mystic Symbolism which was dominant at the end of the19th century. Several international artists, more or less well-known, will be represented at the Peggy Gugenheim Collection in Venice within an exhibition aiming at bringing about a new view on this artistic tendency.
