Allison Masters is executive adviser of the Fondazione delle Arti – Venezia. Senior Vice President of Fitz and Co. (New York), she advises on global marketing strategy, brand partnerships and strategic direction for major clients and the agency. She oversees the marketing, audience development, strategic partnerships, social media and event teams, and will work collaboratively to create an integrated approach for Fitz & Co. clients’.
Allison joins Fitz & Co. from her own marketing consultancy, Label, where she has worked with clients such as American Express, Saks Fifth Avenue, Starwood Hotels, Ferrari, the Brazilian Fashion Design Association and others. She has done work across the US, Europe and Latin America. Having a long-standing passion for contemporary art, she has specialized in helping luxury brands best approach working with the art world- this included driving engagement with their top clients, and acquiring new ones, during major exhibitions and moments in the art world globally.
Allison has held senior marketing roles at both Preferred Hotels & Resorts and American Express. At Preferred Hotels, the leading independent luxury hotel company with over 800 properties globally, she was Director of Marketing, heading up digital and partnership marketing across the brand.
At American Express, she held several marketing roles—launching Centurion and premium credit cards for Amex and managing all marketing activities across markets in Central & Eastern Europe, then with markets across Latin America, including Mexico. She oversaw the creative and promotional agencies, helped to create acquisition strategies to drive adoption of super premium products, and led campaigns to drive spend with luxury retailers. In another role at Amex, she managed the global Marriott and Peninsula accounts, developing global partnerships and marketing strategy.
Allison has presented numerous talks on marketing and has most recently been a guest speaker at Luxury Interactive (2015).
Allison graduated with a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
